The Edge

Each day follows a rhythm designed to balance challenge, reflection, and connection. We adapt the program flexibly to the group and the conditions in the mountains, but a typical day looks roughly like this:

  • Morning: yoga, meditation, or journaling, followed by breakfast
  • Afternoon: active time in the mountains, combined with coaching, peer exchange, and moments of reflection
  • Evening: rest, connection, and deep conversations

 

The program may be adjusted depending on weather, terrain, or the group’s energy. Any changes are made carefully, with safety and the best possible experience for everyone as the top priority.
