Alpine Edge offers that space. Not a retreat, but a reset: a basecamp in the mountains where you step away from routine, move outdoors, and combine physical challenge with coaching and reflection. Not to change who you are, but to see clearly again and reconnect with parts of yourself that often get lost in the daily rush – so you can move forward with focus and make choices that genuinely fit you.

It’s for those who see the value of stepping back from daily routines, are willing to look at themselves honestly, and open up to others. They want insight into their habitual patterns, practical tools, and ways to tackle challenges they have been avoiding or find difficult.

WHAT TO

EXPECT

Over five days in the Alps, you spend most of your time outdoors, moving through varied terrain, planning routes, and tackling challenges with support from experienced mountain guides and coaches.

Physical activity and reflection are intertwined: conversations, exercises, and moments in nature help you notice patterns, test strengths, and see your responses more clearly.

Preparation begins before departure with an assessment and conversations, and the learning continues during and after the program.

You leave with new perspectives, insights, and space to make your own choices.

five DAYS

PROGRAM

Day 1 – Arrival & alignment
Arrive in the Alps, settle in, and set personal intentions. Begin to align on shared goals for the program and what each participant hopes to explore.

Days 2-4 – Challenges & insights
Move through a variety of outdoor experiences – navigating terrain, planning routes, climbing, and tackling physical challenges. Throughout, coaches provide guidance and reflection, helping participants notice patterns, test strengths, and gain practical insights. Expect moments that challenge routines, spark discussion, and create new perspectives.

Day 5 – Integration & departure
Reflect on the experience, consolidate insights, and translate them into clear, actionable commitments. Prepare to return home with renewed focus and a sense of direction for work and life.
