You usually know what needs to be done. Yet important decisions can still remain unresolved – not because you lack understanding, but because choosing also means letting other options go.
Alpine Edge is a five-day program in the mountains where activity and direct experience reveal how you respond and make decisions. The different setting can expose patterns and perspectives that are often hard to notice in everyday routines.
We connect these insights to your real challenges and responsibilities. The goal is not to change you, but to sharpen your thinking and offer new perspectives on decisions and problems that matter to you.
The program starts with an intake conversation before arrival. We discuss your goals and current challenges so the week is focused and relevant.
Alpine Edge is for entrepreneurs and executives responsible for strategy and results in growth or complex environments. Participants are typically physically active and open to feedback and personal insight.
You think quickly and analytically, yet may notice that important decisions linger or become harder than they need to be.
The program works in small groups (max eight participants).
Admission is based on suitability.
Five days in the Alps, mostly outdoors. You move through mountain terrain guided by professional mountain guides and executive coaches. Activity and reflection alternate throughout the program.
We work through four phases: disruption, confrontation, simplification, and consolidation. You step out of your daily role, observe how you respond under pressure, reduce your strategic challenge to its core, and translate insights into concrete choices for the period ahead.
You leave with greater clarity, focus, and direction – and with decisions you intend to act on.
Day 1 – Arrival & alignment
Arrive in the Alps, settle in, and set personal intentions. Begin to align on shared goals for the program and what each participant hopes to explore.
Days 2-4 – Challenges & insights
Move through a variety of outdoor experiences – navigating terrain, planning routes, climbing, and tackling physical challenges. Throughout, coaches provide guidance and reflection, helping participants notice patterns, test strengths, and gain practical insights. Expect moments that challenge routines, spark discussion, and create new perspectives.
Day 5 – Integration & departure
Reflect on the experience, consolidate insights, and translate them into clear, actionable commitments. Prepare to return home with renewed focus and a sense of direction for work and life.
