Alpine Edge is a five-day impact trip in the mountains, where physical challenges and focused coaching come together.
Physical challenges show how you react and behave. Focused coaching helps you understand this and apply it to your everyday life. This is where new insights and clarity emerge – an inner compass you can trust.
The journey starts with an intake conversation to make sure the trip fits your goals and situation.
Alpine Edge is for adventurous leaders who know that change starts with themselves. You’re open and curious about yourself and others, physically active, and willing to take on challenges. You’re also open to honest feedback and reflection in a small group.
Each group has a maximum of eight participants.
Day 1 – Arrival & alignment
Arrive in the Alps, settle in, and set personal intentions. Begin to align on shared goals for the program and what each participant hopes to explore.
Days 2-4 – Challenges & insights
Move through a variety of outdoor experiences – navigating terrain, planning routes, climbing, and tackling physical challenges. Throughout, coaches provide guidance and reflection, helping participants notice patterns, test strengths, and gain practical insights. Expect moments that challenge routines, spark discussion, and create new perspectives.
Day 5 – Integration & departure
Reflect on the experience, consolidate insights, and translate them into clear, actionable commitments. Prepare to return home with renewed focus and a sense of direction for work and life.
After the trip
After the trip, there are two follow-up moments (after 3 and 6 weeks) to discuss how you’re applying the steps from day 5 in practice, what’s going well, and where you’re running into challenges.
This year we run our impact trips in the Stubai Valley, Austria. Each group stays at the renovated Neue Regensburgerhütte at 2.300 metres. The trips take place in different seasons, each giving a different context to the same core experience in the mountains.
